What counts as a page?
One rendered page of a document that an agent reads during a run. Re-running the same document against a changed playbook counts again, because the agents read it again. Pages you upload but never process are free, and so is search across documents already parsed.
What happens if we go over?
Runs keep going. Overage bills at $0.014 per page on the next invoice, and you get an alert at 80% and 100% of your allowance. Nothing stops mid-matter, because a review that halts halfway is worse than a bill you did not plan for.
Is there a trial, and does it need a card?
14 days and 500 pages, no card. The trial runs on the Practice feature set so you can test the workflows you would actually buy. Anything you process during the trial stays exportable afterward, including the audit log.
Can we pay monthly on Practice?
Yes, at $830 per month. The $690 figure assumes an annual commit. There is no penalty for monthly beyond the price difference, and you can switch to annual at any point with the balance prorated.
Do you charge for reviewers who only check the output?
No. Seats are unlimited on every plan. A pricing model that taxes you for adding a second reviewer is at odds with the entire premise of the product.
What does an Enterprise contract usually land at?
Most land between $40,000 and $180,000 annually depending on volume, deployment model, and residency requirements. Sales will give you a number on the first call rather than after three.
